About Matty

Matty studied massage therapy at the National Holistic Institute and fell in love with bodywork and the restorative potential of intentional, nurturing touch. A lifelong artist, musician, and athlete, he brings a personal interest in fitness, wellness, nutrition, and connection to his work. His experience as an athlete and working trainer informs conversations about movement, everyday physical demands, relaxation, and grounded support. Outside the practice, Matty is also a drummer, singer-songwriter, and longtime home cook who enjoys time with his son and the people he loves.
